Responsibilities

• Install, configure, repair, and maintain software and hardware.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems and replace defective parts.
• Manage IP addressing, LAN configuration basics.
• Support video conferencing systems.
• Deskside incident resolution for workstations and printers.
• Manage Active Directory and OU moves as needed.
• Ensure end users can perform business tasks.
• Use diagnostic and ticketing tools for remote and on-site help.
• Assist with network hardware, servers, and software installation.
• Assist with asset inventory and security remediation.
• Return failed equipment to good working order and demonstrate use.
