Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for Windows-based instructional, research, and administrative computing environments.
• Plan, deployment, configuration, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting, maintenance, security, repair, and upgrades of supported systems.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation to improve administrative efficiency, consistency of deployments, and service reliability.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to assess instructional and research technology needs and integrate solutions.
