Job summary

Requires FIU Service Excellence training or completion within 30 days.
Ability to provide superior customer service.
Troubleshoot basic wireless network issues on various OS.
Troubleshoot basic Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Install software on Windows and Mac operating systems.
Ability to work in a team setting and take direction.
Keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assisting with set up and maintenance of computer teaching labs.
Assisting with maintenance and setup of staff and student-athlete computers.
Providing technical support for end users.
Assisting with inventory and surplus of technology.
Working as part of a team in a professional office setting.
