Qualifications

Requires 4+ years IT systems or technical support experience.
Experience with Windows and Linux or UNIX environments.
Working knowledge of networking, Active Directory and system security basics.
Scripting experience with PowerShell, shell or Python.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Provides advanced technical support for servers, applications and end-user systems.
Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software and network issues.
Installs, configures and maintains system software and updates.
Supports system upgrades, migrations and new technology rollouts.
Writes scripts to automate routine technical tasks.
Develops technical documentation and procedures.
Advises project teams on technical options and best practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
