Job summary

Kreative Technologies, LLC is seeking a Senior Computer Specialist to provide advanced technical support across servers, applications and end-user systems. The role emphasizes diagnosing complex hardware, software and network issues, installing and maintaining system software, and supporting upgrades and new technology rollouts.

You will write automation scripts and develop technical documentation to guide projects.

Qualifications

4+ years of IT systems or technical support experience.
Experience with Windows and Linux/UNIX environments.
Networking knowledge, Active Directory and basic system security.
Scripting experience with PowerShell, shell or Python.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Provides advanced technical support for servers, applications and end-user systems.
Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software and network issues.
Installs, configures and maintains system software and updates.
Supports system upgrades, migrations and new technology rollouts.
Writes scripts to automate routine technical tasks.
Develops technical documentation and procedures.
