Qualifications

4+ years of IT systems or technical support experience.
Experience with Windows and Linux/UNIX environments.
Networking, Active Directory, and system security basics.
Scripting experience with PowerShell, shell, or Python.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Provides advanced technical support for servers, applications and end-user systems.
Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software and network issues.
Installs, configures and maintains system software and updates.
Supports system upgrades, migrations and new technology rollouts.
Writes scripts to automate routine technical tasks.
Develops technical documentation and procedures.
Advises project teams on technical options and best practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
