Job summary

Electric Mirror LLC is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage endpoints, servers, and networks. You will troubleshoot Windows, M365, and identity issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver remote and on-site support across hybrid environments.

The role covers network, server, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity responsibilities, with an emphasis on automation and documentation. Monday–Friday, full-time, on-site in Everett, WA.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, switches, WiFi, firewalls).
• Expertise in Windows Server and desktop environments; virtualization experience (Hyper-V).
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure services, and Intune / Endpoint Management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues across endpoints, servers, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows OS, Microsoft 365 services, and identity/access (Entra ID/AD).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions; provide remote and on-site support.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, VLANs, routing, and firewalls; support hybrid on-prem and Azure networking.
