Job summary

Onni Group in Seattle, WA seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist to handle end-to-end incident resolution, device troubleshooting, and Microsoft 365/AD/Entra ID administration in a fast-paced MSP-like setting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor system alerts, support conferencing equipment, and coordinate with vendors. Prior MSP experience preferred; strong communication and ticketing discipline required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 4–7 years in IT support (MSP experience preferred) with proven Tier 2 troubleshooting capability.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID concepts, and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents and requests end-to-end (ownership, communication, documentation).
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, macOS endpoints, laptops, peripherals, and common business apps.
• Provide Microsoft 365 support (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive) and licensing administration.
• Manage Identity: Active Directory/Entra ID, MFA resets, onboarding/offboarding, access issues.
• Network troubleshooting: DNS/DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls; escalate complex issues.
• Server troubleshooting: Windows Server services, event logs, file/print access; basic virtualization.
• Support mobile devices and conference room equipment; manage video conferencing hardware/software.
• Coordinate vendor/Tier3 escalations; maintain ticket hygiene in PSA.
