You will troubleshoot complex multi-system issues, lead incident resolutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across on-site and hybrid environments.

The role emphasizes security, backup, disaster recovery, and automation using PowerShell, with opportunities to drive improvements in Azure networking and endpoint management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration.
• Experience in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues across endpoints, servers, and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and identity services (Entra ID / AD).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Provide remote and on-site support across corporate and production environments.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure: switches, VLANs, routing, WiFi, firewalls.
• Support hybrid infrastructure spanning on-prem and Azure cloud networking.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 tenant, Azure services, and Intune.
• Monitor security, compliance, and incident response.
