Job summary

Aravo Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, IT Systems & Operations to help lead and scale our internal IT function.

This role will be responsible for the reliable operation, administration, automation, and continuous improvement of Aravo’s corporate IT systems. The Senior Manager will oversee core IT systems and operations including identity and access management, endpoint management, IT service management, employee onboarding and offboarding, hardware lifecycle, and IT

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in a management role.
• Hands-on experience with modern IT stack, including AI tools.
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 1/2 and FedRAMP.
• Experience in a SaaS or cloud-first company (80-500 employees ideal).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT roadmap execution and translate priorities into projects.
• Manage a small IT team (helpdesk, systems, IT ops) and vendors.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee core internal systems, onboarding/offboarding, and licensing.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding, access provisioning, and device provisioning.
• Partner with Security and Engineering on audits and compliance.
• Ensure high availability and reliability for a distributed workforce.
