Job summary

Tech Consulting in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Network & Systems Administrator to provide onsite IT support for the Atlanta office. You will maintain day-to-day IT operations, support end users, manage Microsoft 365 and cloud services, and oversee network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on troubleshooting with enterprise systems administration and network management, supporting about 200 users across onsite and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems or network administration or IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Intune or Datto RMM.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical support for Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Manage helpdesk tickets and maintain high-quality customer service.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, workstation deployments, and account provisioning.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues.
• Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
• Coordinate with vendors and support remote teams as needed.
