Job summary

Aerocenters is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in Atlanta to maintain on-premises infrastructure and support cloud services. You will troubleshoot hardware, network, and software issues, manage Windows Server and virtualization, and document systems architecture and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on IT administration and end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 administration as Administrator (Entra ID, SharePoint, Purview, Intune, Exchange Online).
• Solid LAN networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with NinjaOne, CrowdStrike, Datto, Fortigate, Ubiquiti.
• Certifications are a plus but not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to internal users via phone, email and in person for hardware, network and software issues.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and manage M365 Environment.
• Deploy, configure and manage network.
• Implement and maintain server and endpoint protection.
• Produce and maintain clear documentation for systems architecture, configuration and policies.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and SAAS software providers
