Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 4–6 years in IT operations/administration.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant administration (Intune, Entra ID).
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for administration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports Intune across Windows, iOS/iPadOS, Android, and macOS, including enrollment and policies.
• Manages Windows Autopilot design, enrollment status, ESP/hash, and imaging coordination.
• Deploys and maintains Win32/.intunewin apps, store apps, and Company Portal with dependencies and supersedence.
• Configures Windows Update for Business/Autopatch, patch status, and compliance reporting.
• Implements security baselines, Defender for Endpoint policy, BitLocker/LAPS.
• Manages app protection policies (MAM) for corporate data on BYOD devices.
• Supports endpoint management initiatives and device migrations/improvements.
• Troubleshoots enrollment/compliance issues and documents resolutions.
• Administers Entra ID: users, groups, dynamic rules, licensing, and review processes.
• Configures Conditional Access policies, MFA, passwordless, and self-service reset.
• Manages SSO apps, registrations, service principals, and API permissions.
• Supports privileged access reviews and HR-integrated lifecycle automation.
• Maintains PowerShell scripts for reporting and bulk tasks.
