Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• 4–6 years in IT operations or endpoint/identity engineering with 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Administers Intune across Windows, iOS/iPadOS, Android, and macOS: enrollment, policies, profiles, and lifecycle.
• Maintains Windows Autopilot profiles and ESP management, coordinate with hardware/ imaging.
• Packages, deploys, and maintains Win32 apps and LOB apps, including detection rules and dependencies.
• Administers Entra ID: users, groups, licensing; supports Conditional Access policies and MFA rollout.
• Documents resolutions, creates knowledge base content, and assists with process improvements.
