Job summary

Hunt Companies is seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to manage Microsoft 365, with emphasis on Intune endpoint management and Entra ID governance. The role supports Tier 2/3 incidents, documents solutions, and drives continual improvements for device and identity security across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on MS 365 tenant administration experience, including Intune and Autopilot, plus scripting skills in PowerShell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years hands-on IT ops with MS 365 and endpoint management.
• Strong experience with Intune, Autopilot, CA, MFA, and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Intune and Entra ID.
• Manage device enrollment, compliance, policies, and app deployment.
• Escalate and resolve Tier 2/3 incidents; document resolutions and root causes.
• Maintain security baselines, DLP, and access controls; support change mgmt.
