Job summary

JFR Staffing is seeking a capable IT Support professional to provide onsite and remote end-user assistance across Windows desktops, servers, and Office tools. You will document solutions, follow SLA guidelines, and help maintain service quality.

The role requires 3+ years in IT support, 4+ years in customer service, and multiple technical certifications (MCSA/MCITP/MCSE, Network+, CCNA, Security+). A team-oriented, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT support experience.
• 4+ years customer service experience.
• At least 3 technical certifications preferred (MCSA/MCITP/MCSE, Network+, CCNA, Security+).
• Strong TCP/IP and Windows networking knowledge.
• Experience with AD, Exchange, RDS, Citrix, DNS, and Windows Server OS.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote end-user support.
• Lead, train and direct other support staff as needed.
• Respond to tickets per SLA guidelines and document resolutions.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops/servers and Office applications.
• Use RMM/PSA platforms efficiently and maintain documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation and uphold company policies.
