Established Search Ltd is seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to take ownership of a global, remote-first IT stack. You will lead identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms, drive zero-trust initiatives, and build automation across systems.

The role blends hands-on engineering with technical leadership and collaboration with security teams to meet compliance in healthcare-focused operations. You’ll mentor engineers, influence IT strategy, and help scale infrastructure to support international

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT Systems Engineering, Endpoint or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Okta, JAMF, Intune and Google Workspace.
• Expertise in identity and access management including SSO, SCIM, conditional access, and user lifecycle automation.
• Experience managing Mac and Windows environments.
• Scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience implementing security controls, vulnerability management, and zero-trust principles.
• Led technical projects from design through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms.
• Lead major technical projects including zero-trust security initiatives.
• Build automation via scripting and APIs and IaC.
• Collaborate with Information Security on vulnerability management and compliance.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to IT roadmap.
