Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT systems engineering and related work.
• Hands-on enterprise IT infrastructure, support, and automation expertise.
• Deep, hands-on Google Workspace administration experience.
• Scripting skills for automation (JavaScript, Python, or GAM).
• Experience with formal change management and leading incident response.

Responsibilities

• Administratively manage our Google Workspace environment (users, groups, policies).
• Secure and manage all company email channels (Google Workspace, gateways, transactional emails).
• Act as a key responder for IT issues for the System.
• Liaise with Information Security to implement security configurations across systems.
• Champion AI to identify self-service opportunities and improve infra efficiency.
• Apply formal change management to minimize risk and lead incident response.
• Independently drive initiatives by defining requirements, building project plans, and managing resources.
