Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required.
• Six+ years related experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret system data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Experience with SQL, scripting, integrations, workflow automation, monitoring, analytics, or AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and integrate LCS business systems to meet complex needs.
• Build and monitor system integrations, interfaces, files, jobs, and data flows.
• Advise stakeholders on capabilities, best practices, and trends as SME.
• Lead upgrades, patches, and AI-enabled changes end-to-end with security in mind.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions using automation and AI where appropriate.
• Maintain system and AI solution documentation including data requirements and testing evidence.
• Evaluate emerging tech and recommend secure, scalable solutions.
• Analyze alerts and incidents; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
