Job summary

Life Care Services-US is seeking a proactive IT Systems Analyst to implement, optimize, and support complex business systems across the organization. You will serve as a subject matter expert, driving root-cause analysis and durable remediation plans to prevent recurring issues.

You will partner with business and technology teams to leverage automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and data-driven insights, while leading moderately complex projects and training end users on new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Data Analytics, Business Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of related experience with direct business systems experience and improved system reliability, processes, or user outcomes.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and root-cause problem-solving skills with pattern recognition.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, dashboards, SQL, or similar analytics capabilities.
• Familiarity with automation concepts, workflow tools, scripting, AI-enabled tools, or process improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic consultant by analyzing, configuring, and improving complex business systems.
• Partner with users and stakeholders to gather needs, assess feasibility, and recommend improvements.
• Provide proactive technical support to troubleshoot issues and reduce repeat incidents.
• Design and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Use data analysis and system metrics to monitor performance and support decisions.
• Lead system testing activities and oversee user acceptance testing.
