Job summary

LCS is seeking a technically skilled professional to implement, maintain, and optimize business systems across the organization. You will act as a subject-matter expert, analyze complex issues, and design sustainable solutions that drive reliability and data-driven decisions.

The role involves leading moderately complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advancing automation and AI-enabled capabilities for improved processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of related experience with business systems and reliability improvements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, dashboards, and SQL preferred.
• Familiarity with automation concepts and AI-enabled tools for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, and improve complex business systems to align with requirements and technology direction.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather needs, assess feasibility, and implement changes.
• Provide proactive technical support, root-cause analysis, and durable remediation plans.
• Design and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Use data, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance and guide decisions.
