Human Interest is hiring a Senior IT Systems Specialist to drive operational scaling through automation and intelligent solutions. This key role involves diagnosing technical incidents, providing Tier 2/3 support, and creating processes for the IT team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in software development, with strong scripting skills (Python, Go) and experience with Mac OS. This position is based in our San Francisco office, with a hybrid work model.
