Job summary

UserTesting is seeking a Senior IT Systems Administrator, AI & Automation, to lead enterprise platforms, automation, and security in a large mixed OS environment. You will drive end-to-end platform initiatives, oversee integrations, and enforce governance around AI-enabled tooling.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in enterprise IT administration, deep Okta/Google Workspace expertise, and strong scripting/API skills to connect tools and automate workflows across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise IT systems.
• Deep administrative expertise in enterprise identity (Okta, including Okta Workflows), Google Workspace administration, and endpoint management across macOS and Windows (Jamf, Intune).
• Proven ability to build integrations and automations using APIs and scripting languages like Python and/or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Platform Ownership, Automation, and Security of IT platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, Intune).
• Lead end-to-end platform initiatives: requirements, design, sequencing, rollout.
• Design, implement, and enforce automation and integration across tools.
