Job summary

UserTesting is seeking a proactive IT System Administrator with deep IT systems expertise and AI tooling experience. This hands-on IC role focuses on deploying and maintaining AI tools, agents, and infrastructure that support UserTesting's AI initiatives while handling traditional SysAdmin duties.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise IT, strong scripting (Python/Bash), Docker proficiency, and experience with MCP servers, APIs, and SaaS integrations in a Kanban environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with enterprise IT systems in a system administrator capacity.
• Hands-on experience with MCP servers and AI tooling in enterprise SaaS.
• Scripting in Python or Bash; JSON/YAML for configuration.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and API-based integrations.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain MCP servers connecting AI systems to internal tools and data sources.
• Enable and manage AI features within enterprise SaaS platforms (e.g., Slack AI, Okta AI, ChatGPT).
• Provision and support AI agent infrastructure: service accounts, API key management, permissions scoping, audits.
