Job summary

Sound Transit is seeking an IT professional to maintain and support a major system and enterprise applications. You will analyze requirements, design, install, troubleshoot, upgrade, test, and document across hardware, networking, and software components to ensure reliable operation.

You will coordinate with IT teams and vendors, prepare technical manuals and system architecture, and help ensure compliance with laws, policies, and standards while supporting business customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or closely related field.
Five years of information technology experience that includes administering enterprise level and networked server business applications.
Experience with ERP and enterprise integrations; SQL language knowledge.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, upgrade, test, and maintain major systems and applications.
Work with customers to gather requirements and analyze processes.
Develop test data and documentation for manuals and system architecture.
Coordinate with vendors to install and configure new applications.
Assist in tracking licenses, costs, and budgets.
Analyze procedures and data to develop logical solutions to complex system problems.
