Job summary

Sound Transit seeks a Senior IT Systems Analyst in Seattle. The role is hybrid and full-time for a 2-year term, focusing on administering and supporting major enterprise applications, with a salary range of $81k to $186k and a midpoint around $133k.

You will analyze requirements, coordinate with IT teams, perform testing, and manage system integrations. A strong background in enterprise systems and ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS or related field; five years IT experience with enterprise apps.
• Experience administering enterprise-level applications and ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, upgrades, testing, and maintenance of enterprise systems and apps.
• Work with customers to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design systems.
• Develop test data and scripts; document system architecture and specifications.
• Procure and configure new systems with vendors to fit business needs.
• Assist in tracking licenses, costs, and budgets; QA testing of major apps.
• Provide level-2 support, resolve issues, and assist with backups as needed.
• Monitor system performance, respond to alarms, and coordinate resolutions.
• Create integrations with other enterprise systems; maintain documentation.
