Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc is seeking a Senior IT Systems Analyst to manage the Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on Intune and Entra ID. The role supports device management, identity access, and security policies across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities include onboarding and maintaining Autopilot, deploying apps, configuring conditional access, and producing KB content. A strong PowerShell background and experience with Microsoft Graph are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years in IT operations, systems administration, or endpoint/identity engineering.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune at scale (Autopilot, policies, Win32 apps).
• Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and license management.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph knowledge; ability to produce documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administers and supports Intune across Windows and mobile platforms; enrollment, compliance, configuration, lifecycle.
• Maintains Windows Autopilot profile design, ESP, hash management, and coordination with hardware imaging.
• Packages and deploys applications (Win32, .intunewin, LOB) with dependencies and supersedence.
• Manages Windows Update for Business/Autopatch, patch status, and device compliance reporting.
• Implements security baselines, Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker/LAPS policies, and MAM for corporate data.
• Administers Entra ID including users/groups, dynamic rules, CA policies, MFA, and SSO configurations.
• Supports identity lifecycle automation and access reviews; assists with privileged access controls.
• Creates and maintains runbooks, KB articles, and training materials; participates in on-call rotation.
