Job summary

Teledyne IT Shared Services is seeking an experienced Senior Identity Engineer to design, secure, and support enterprise identity and collaboration platforms used across our global organization.

You will administer Entra ID, hybrid AD, and Microsoft 365 services while driving authentication, governance, and cloud transformation projects. The role emphasizes automation (PowerShell/Python) and strong security posture across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in identity management and enterprise infrastructure engineering.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid Active Directory environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, federation technologies (SAML, LDAP, ADFS).
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Python automation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security principles, identity management, and Zero Trust architecture.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone with deep experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, identity governance, and authentication technologies in a complex enterprise environment. • 5+ years of experience in identity management, Microsoft cloud technologies, Microsoft 365 administration, or enterprise infrastructure engineering
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid Active Directory environments
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, federation technologies (SAML, LDAP, ADFS), and identity governance
• Proficiency with PowerShell and/or Python automation
• Strong understanding of enterprise security principles, identity management, and Zero Trust architecture

Preferred

• Experience with Intune, Windows Hello for Business, or endpoint identity management
• Experience with PKI, certificate lifecycle management, Venafi, CyberArk, or related security platforms
• Experience supporting tenant migrations, acquisitions, divestitures, or large-scale enterprise integrations
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and automation
• Experience supporting regulated environments (CMMC, NIST 800-171, ITAR, GCC High)
• Relevant Microsoft, Azure, security, or IAM certifications
