Job summary

Frazier Industrial Company is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to manage daily IT operations across multiple North American facilities. You will oversee on-prem and cloud environments, support key systems, and drive process improvements.

The role requires strong documentation, teamwork, and a proactive, security-aware mindset. Occasional after-hours support and travel to company sites in the US/Canada/Mexico are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years hands-on IT experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with VMware virtualization is required.
• Proficiency with Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, AD and GP.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily administration and maintenance of on-prem IT systems and cloud services across multiple facilities.
• Monitor, manage and secure email services and infrastructure.
• Support manufacturing systems, including configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Create and update SOPs and system documentation; produce internal status reports.
• Provide Tier 1/2 support guidance and act as escalation point for Helpdesk.
• Assist IT Manager/Director with projects, and participate in after-hours response as needed.
• Maintain security posture and access control; stay current with IT news and technologies.
