Job summary

Agfinity, Inc. is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and improve our technology infrastructure across multiple locations in Colorado. You will handle Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and on-prem AD, while providing end-user support and strong security.

The role requires on-site work with limited remote options and periodic travel to locations throughout the cooperative. A security-minded approach and willingness to learn new technologies are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs, wireless.
• Experience with firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows workstations, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Security-focused approach to system administration and data protection.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to escalate when needed.
• Clear communication and service-oriented user support.
• Ability to work independently and travel to cooperative locations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage identities and authentication via Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory.
• Deploy and manage devices through Intune; configure policies and compliance.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity across multiple locations; manage switches, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Support firewall administration and secure remote access.
• Maintain Windows workstations, servers, and supporting infrastructure.
• Strengthen security with MFA, Conditional Access, patching, and CIS benchmarks.
• Support Citrix-hosted apps and resolve connectivity issues.
• Learn and support business applications like AGRIS and Energy Force.
• Provide responsive technical support and document resolutions.
