Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and manage site projects such as server upgrades, GPO deployments, and network improvements.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for escalated issues across AD, WAN/Ethernet/Wi-Fi, and datacenter components.
• Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to improve processes and create documentation.
