Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Six years of workstation/server management experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio; SQL knowledge a plus.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Guide decisions to achieve excellent customer service for clients.
• Oversee technicians and delegate tickets per policy.
• Coach Tier I staff and manage high call volumes.
• Coordinate vendor support with client needs and urgency.
• Maintain client documentation and project hand-offs with accuracy.
