The Department of Family & Community Services is recruiting for IT System Administrator 2 in Anchorage/Juneau!
This position is open to Alaska Residents only.
The mission of the Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) is "To provide support, safety, and personal well-being for vulnerable Alaskans."
The Network Services (NS) of DFCS works as a team with the Customer Service section of IT, Business Applications (BA), Project Management Office (PMO), and the Department Security Office (DSO) to keep the department technologically operational and secure

This is an in-office position located in either midtown Anchorage at the Frontier Building or downtown Juneau at the Court Plaza Building. Both locations are within close distance of various restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. This team is a diverse, highly technical, and collaborative group which embraces, implements, and supports the latest technologies to provide the best operational capabilities and resources to the DFCS.

Training in computer science, information technology, system administration, or a similar field and professional experience in database, network, or system administration.
