Job summary

AVASO Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Technology Servicing IT professional to provide onsite technical support for end users and hardware across our sites. You will manage devices, software deployments, asset handling, and escalation to backend teams for network and server coverage.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in corporate IT support, strong Windows experience, and familiarity with Office 365/SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in IT support within a corporate enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems and their remote access.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
• Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft server technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, DNS, DHCP).
• Self-disciplined and highly motivated with the ability to prioritize workload based on SLAs and user impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT technical support for the site and end users.
• Handle end-user desktops, laptops, and office IT with network and server support.
• Install and configure software on end-user systems and servers as required.
• Onboard new users and offboard departing users, managing IT assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors when needed and manage tickets in ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot VPN, MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint issues.
