Job summary

Complete Network Support is seeking a Client Site Service Technician to join our on-site team in a 9AM-6PM, Mon-Fri role. You’ll handle Office 365 administration, AV support for conference rooms, and site documentation while engaging with vendors and internal members. An entrepreneurial, independent mindset is valued.

Requirements include an associate or bachelor’s degree in CS or IT and 2–5 years of experience. You’ll support both remote and on-site tasks and help train staff on IT topics.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in CS or IT with 2–5 years of experience.
• Strong technical and communication skills with customer-facing duties.
• Willing to work on-site at client locations and handle remote support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day remote and on-site technical support for clients.
• Perform Office 365 administration and AV support for conference rooms.
• Manage user accounts, vendor relationships, and documentation.
• Create and present training materials to groups of 10–20 people.
• Troubleshoot networking equipment and maintain network documentation.
