Job summary

Queen Creek Unified School District is seeking an IT User Support Technician Senior to join the Central IT Team. You will support critical district systems, assist with escalations, and help ensure a safe and efficient learning environment for students and faculty.

Responsibilities include maintaining devices with WSUS and Sophos Central AV, troubleshooting network and computer problems, imaging machines, managing inventories, and supporting VOIP/print services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or two years IT field experience required.
• Experience with district technology environments preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide escalation support for computer technicians and other staff.
• Troubleshoot network and computer problems; assist with imaging devices.
• Maintain inventory and organize IDFs/MDFs.
• Support VOIP phones and print servers; ensure devices are ready for use.
• Maintain confidentiality of district records and technology data.
