Job summary

Valley Christian Schools in Chandler, AZ seeks a Technology Specialist II to deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, classroom tech, apps, and related systems for faculty, staff, and students. This role supports Active Directory and network configurations and handles Tier 2 tickets and projects.

You will work with the Director of Technology, assist with system upgrades, and uphold school policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree or 5 years related experience.
• Certifications may substitute for 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain all desktops, laptops, devices, and classroom technology.
• Deploy and maintain all applications.
• Manage user and computer object changes in Windows Server Active Directory.
• Maintain and update network configurations as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on systems used to deploy and manage technology.
• Troubleshoot and repair desktops, laptops, devices, and applications.
• Respond to Tier 2 tickets in the support queue.
• Assist Technology Specialist 1 with escalated tickets.
• Assist Director of Technology with special projects and upgrades.
• Adhere to Valley Christian policies, procedures, and codes.
