Queen Creek Unified School District is seeking an IT User Support Technician Senior to join the Central IT Team. You will support critical district systems, assist with escalations, and help ensure a safe and efficient learning environment for students and faculty.
Responsibilities include maintaining devices with WSUS and Sophos Central AV, troubleshooting network and computer problems, imaging machines, managing inventories, and supporting VOIP/print services.
To assist in the support and resolution for critical district systems, while working with the Central IT Team to continually promote a safe and efficient learning environment for students and faculty.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear and smell.
