This role acts as an escalation point for IT staff, handles maintenance tasks, and may perform duties beyond the standard scope as needed to support operations. Strong English skills and an organized, detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and 5 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the medical environment considered a plus.
• Neat, pleasant demeanor, confident personality.
• Organized, accurate, good knowledge of English grammar and spelling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform general maintenance tasks across the organization.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization.
• Serve as escalation point for the technical staff of the department.
• May be asked to perform duties outside the defined job description on a temporary basis.
