Qualifications

College diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5–8 years of IT support experience with progression into senior roles.
Experience leading IT projects end to end.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and security.
Excellent communication and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; act as final escalation point.
Lead end-to-end IT projects and document processes for the team.
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding workflows with security and HR systems.
Oversee system administration tasks for M365, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and Slack.
Troubleshoot and optimize LAN/WAN, DNS, and firewall configurations.
Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and maintain knowledge documentation.
Maintain detailed, high-quality documentation for the knowledge library.
