Requirements include US citizenship, ability to obtain a security clearance, and a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (7 years if no degree). Proficiency with Windows OS, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Linux SSH, and basic networking is required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in PC support or 7 years in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, and Windows Domain architecture.
• Familiarity with Linux administration and SSH.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous, professional support to users and stakeholders.
• Coordinate computing resources setup and software installation.
• Mentor team members as needed.
• Respond promptly to internal support requests per procedures.
• Maintain multi-user desktop/server systems and monitor resources.
