Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking a Sr. Support Technician / System Administrator for 100% onsite work in Irvine, CA. Provide high‑level user and technical support for PCs, software, printers, phones, and network access across company locations.

You will image and configure desktop hardware, manage OS deployment, patches, asset inventories, and create SOPs. Strong AD/Entra, SCCM, and PowerShell skills required. ITIL, MCSE, CISSP are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a computer science or related field required with 5+ years solid experience in advanced user support.
• A+ and/or MCSE certification preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure desktops and peripherals for new employees.
• Install, image, and maintain operating systems and enterprise software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (on-site or remote).
• Administer updates, security patches, and antivirus tools.
• Maintain hardware/software inventories and licenses.
• Develop documentation for configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams on new technologies and upgrades.
• Familiarity with SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
