Job summary

CFG Merchant Solutions, LLC (CFGMS) is seeking a senior IT technical support specialist to manage day-to-day end-user support for a 120-employee, multi-site Windows environment to ensure stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems. On-site in lower Manhattan with occasional site visits to Glen Rock and Holmdel offices.

Responsibilities include assisting with Microsoft 365, SharePoint access, Azure AD setup, OneDrive syncing, application installs, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring enterprise-grade firewalls (SonicWALL preferred).
• Experience configuring enterprise-grade switches in multi-VLAN environments.
• Azure EntraID/Intune experience is a plus.
• Experience with SharePoint integration and OneDrive syncing.
• Experience managing Windows GPOs for security and deployment.
• SOC2 audits experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• End user technical support on-site and via remote tools like TeamViewer.
• Configure and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and ISPs.
• Assist with server/workstation management, updates, and backups.
• Ensure security policies and compliance; participate in vulnerability remediation.
• Support IT infrastructure upgrades, cloud migration, virtualization, and automation.
• Create and maintain technical documentation; mentor junior staff.
• Occasional travel
