Job summary

Marrakech Inc is seeking a Full-Time IT Specialist based in Woodbridge, CT. You'll provide hands-on support across our cloud-managed environment, assisting with both remote and in-person technical issues, managing requests, and deploying devices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 Admin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices.
• Manage and document requests through the help desk ticketing system.
• Deploy and manage Windows devices and iPhones/iPads using Intune and Entra.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user, device, and application issues.
