Job summary

Leslie Controls, Inc in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst responsible for end-user support, IT asset management, and deployment of software and hardware for the local manufacturing facility.

The role includes troubleshooting incidents, providing user training, managing security practices, and coordinating with internal teams on technology initiatives. On-site with potential after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts with business transactions.
• Knowledge and experience with basic networking and access management and tools.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly customer interactions with stakeholders.
• Broad understanding of IT and business skills (ITIL framework knowledge is a plus).
• Demonstrated application of security procedures and their audit results.
• Flexibility in work scope to meet site and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support and resolve incidents across laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Assist in IT asset management and deployment/installation/configuration tasks.
• Support monthly close, access rights, and runbook updates as needed.
• Participate in major technology initiatives, upgrades, or migrations.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support as required and coordinate with vendors.
