Job summary

CIRCOR in Tampa, FL is seeking an IT support professional reporting to the VP of IT to provide end-user support and manage IT assets for a local manufacturing facility. You will deploy, install, repair and configure software and equipment for laptops, desktops and mobile devices, ensuring operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include incident troubleshooting, system administration, governance compliance, vendor coordination, and supporting major technology initiatives and disaster recovery

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts with business transactions (e.g. inventory, WIP, finished goods, receiving and shipping).
• Knowledge and experience with basic networking and access management and tools.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly strong customer skills interacting with key stakeholders.
• Possess a broad understanding of IT and business skills (ITIL framework knowledge is a plus).
• Demonstrated application of security procedures and their audit results.
• Displays flexibility in approach to work scope and daily activities to ensure production and financial goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support and manage IT assets for the local manufacturing facility.
• Deploy, install, repair and configure software and equipment for laptops/desktops and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot operational incidents and usage issues and fix configuration/data issues.
• Develop and administer backup methods and disaster recovery procedures.
• Support governance, compliance, and change controls; update runbooks and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage third-party solutions; perform monthly IT reviews with business groups.
