Job summary

C3EL seeks a Senior IT Support Specialist to support mission-critical operations in Ashburn, VA. You will handle complex end-user issues across Windows and macOS environments, perform imaging, deployment, asset management, and Windows 11 with strong customer interaction skills.

You will work independently and in teams, troubleshooting Mac/iOS hardware, JAMF imaging, and AD/Google Workspace services, while using Remedy and Service Now for ticketing and SLAs.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to attain a Public Trust clearance by completing NBIS form
• Must have a minimum of 7 years of related experience providing technical, deskside support
• Travel to various field sites is required
• HDI Technical Support Professional within six months of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 deskside end user support
• Imaging, deployment, asset management, and Windows 11
• Troubleshoot Apple MAC hardware/software and iOS
• Assist in leading small projects and team efforts
• Document problem resolution progress in ITSM and meet SLAs
• Remote and deskside support; VIP support as needed
• Escalate complex issues to upper-level engineers
