Job summary

Clarvida is seeking an IT Senior Support Specialist (U.S.-based) to provide advanced remote and hands-on IT support for employees, offices, and field locations across the United States. This role requires U.S. business-hours coverage, local site knowledge, and travel to Clarvida locations when needed.

You will own escalations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely restoration of services. Remote work is supported, with residency in the Pottsville, PA area preferred, and occasional travel up

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical/operational documents.
• Strong communication skills with employees, vendors, and IT partners.
• Experience coordinating incidents and communicating incident status.
• Proficiency with Office suite and IT service management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for U.S.-based incidents with hands-on intervention.
• Perform onsite troubleshooting and maintenance of laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and networking gear at U.S. offices.
• Own internet/telecom incidents for U.S. locations, document impact, open carrier cases, and coordinate restoration.
• Coordinate with ISPs, carriers, cabling vendors, and equipment manufacturers when remote support is insufficient.
• Investigate office connectivity issues and arrange onsite vendor support as needed.
• Serve as hands-on escalation point for tickets triaged remotely by Manila or others.
• Support office openings, relocations, and technology refresh activities.
• Handle local asset management: receiving, imaging, deploying, replacing, recovering, and securely storing equipment.
• Coordinate shipping/return logistics with employees and carriers; resolve mis-deliveries.
• Provide onsite/remote support for hardware failures, including diagnostics, warranty coordination, and swaps.
• Support telephony and office technology like desk phones, conferencing gear, and access networks.
• Participate in office-hours, migrations, and high-impact initiatives requiring U.S. coverage.
