• Resolve issues with LAN/WAN networks.
• Meet with IT Infrastructure teams to set up and maintain environments.
• Determine controls to protect information systems assets.
• Perform data transfer and imaging operations.
• Report status and resource needs of service tickets.
• Provide end user training and education.
• Comply with policies and standards.
