Qualifications

• 5+ years of related IT support experience preferred
• Experience providing advanced technical support to end users
• Ability to work independently within established procedures
• Willingness to learn and mentor others
• Pre-employment background check and E-Verify compliance required

Responsibilities

• Respond to end user IT requests via ticketing system, email, phone
• Provide training and mentoring to other IT Support Specialists
• Update and maintain the WDS imaging server
• Maintain documentation and inventory using business applications
• Assist the Network Operations Manager and IT Manager as needed
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding by creating and terminating user accounts
